Great communication throughout the entire process, everything was done on time as expected and with limited lead time. The install team were polite, efficient, and explained everything as they went. We’ve been up and running for a few months now and even in these darker months we are saving money on our system.

From start to finish Project Solar were efficient and helpful. The salesman was very clear and thorough in his explanation of the system. The scaffolding was erected and dismantled carefully and in good time. There was an issue as to where to put the battery packs, but that was sorted by the installers, who did a very neat and tidy job.

The sales team were very clear when explaining the system and patient when I asked questions. The team were very flexible with finding dates to install that would work around my shift patterns and were very understanding about it. I feel like there is excellent quality control as one of the managers called and said he wasn’t 100% happy with the way the battery had been installed and he wanted to send his team back to get it perfect which was amazing to hear as most companies would have just left it unless the customer complains.

My wife and I wanted to install solar to our property, we went for solar with battery storage and the whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Would highly recommend the company. From the initial site visit to the installation and then all the support from the back office people nothing was too much trouble and were very prompt and informative with everything.
